Payhound is looking for a sharp, drivenMarketing Operations Executive to join the team. The role is focused onexecuting the company’s marketing and digital initiatives across content, social media, events, campaigns, and partner activities, while ensuring consistency, operational efficiency, and alignment with the wider marketing strategy.

· Run approved campaigns across social, email, paid, partnerships and events from start to finish with energy and precision.
· Keep external agencies and suppliers on track- assets in on time, approvals moving, timelines respected.
· Monitor paid campaigns across digital platforms and surface any performance issues promptly - don’t wait to be asked.
· Keep campaign tracking and reporting clean and consistent. Every campaign should be measurable.
· Schedule and publish content across social channels, newsletters and other platforms.
· Coordinate distribution of new content so it actually reaches the right people at the right time.
· Publish website and blog content with precise QA checks before anything goes live.
· Work with developers on landing page launches- make sure forms, tracking and conversion flows are working properly.
· Keep an eye on social inboxes and make sure enquiries get to the right people quickly.
· Coordinate co-branded posts with partners and follow up on cross-posting opportunities until they happen.
· Support community engagement across digital channels and keep the conversation going.
· Keep the asset library well-organised and up to date - creative, photography, reports, presentations and event materials allin the right place.
· Make sure naming conventions and folder structures are followed consistently.
· Update photography and creative libraries after shoots and campaigns so the library stays current.
· Keep project tracking accurate and up to date.
· Work with suppliers and third parties to make sure deliveries and handovers happen smoothly and on schedule.
· Build and send newsletters with proper segmentation.
· Set up gated content, nurture sequences and automation workflows that keep working long after the campaign goes live.
· Track performance across campaigns and bring meaningful insights to the Marketing Manager - not just numbers, but what theymean.
· Build clear, well-organised dashboards andKPI reports that give management a genuine read on what’s working.
· Own event logistics end to end - travel, accommodation, badges, merch, booth, catering and suppliers all sorted andready to go.
· Do the pre-event groundwork properly -research attendees, prepare outreach and line up the right conversations in advance.
· Close out every event with timely follow-up communications and asset distribution.
· Keep sponsorship deliverables on track -submissions in, deadlines met, stakeholders kept in the loop.
· Prepare approval requests for campaigns, assets and supplier work.
· Handle invoice submissions and procurement records with Finance.
· Keep supplier and partner contact lists current and easy to navigate.
· Get involved in process improvement initiatives and bring ideas to the table.
· 2–3 years in marketing, digital marketing or marketing operations, ideally in fintech, tech or another fast-moving environment.
· Solid understanding of digital marketing channels - paid, social, email and analytics - and how they work together.
· Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, email tools, project management software and reporting dashboards is a real plus.
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders at the same time without dropping the ball.
· Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to getting things right, consistently.
· Clear, confident communicator - in writing, in meetings and with external partners.
· Comfortable working with agencies, suppliers and internal teams, and good at keeping everyone aligned.
· Proactive by nature - you spot issues early, follow up without being asked and keep projects moving forward.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and no two days look the same.
